All of the wind generators and components we manufacture are designed for extended, demanding use.

Western steel - We use only high quality western steel in all of our products. The steel's impact strength remains excellent even in cold northern climates.

High quality bearings - We only use high quality "western" bearings designed for continuous use.

Exact dimensions - All metal sheet machinery components are laser-cut steel plates

Automated production line - Our turbine blades are made on an automated production line, making the blades identical and the rotor balanced.

Uncompromising corrosion protection - The machinery structures are hot dip galvanized and part stainless steel. All mast structures and rigging that comes into contact with the ground are hot dip galvanized for decades of use. Similar galvanizing technology is used by road and power line builders at locations where maintenance-free corrosion protection is required to ensure decades of future service.

Maximized efficiency - A permanent magnet generator (PMG) and high transmission voltage reduce losses in efficiency and allow slightly more distant generator placement. An intelligent control system maximizes the energy it is possible to get from the wind.
